Through constant and repetitive work in the hospitality industry I had developed a sharp and lingering pain in my left shoulder. After mixed results from several physios I decided to undertake the student clinic at the school. The course helped me become more aware of my body, how it should move and how I could relieve pain. My discomfort has now all but gone and by applying the simple principles I can prevent it from recurring.
