Alexander Technique for Tai Chi Practitioners
This small group experiential course over five consecutive Wednesdays is for those who want to learn how to use Alexander Technique principles to enhance the flow, calm and grace of their tai chi movements. Each session includes a group segment followed by a practical segment where I work one on one with participants on aspects of their particular tai chi style.
